Change Management

Change is an inevitable part of today’s business world, but unfortunately, change is not always welcomed throughout an organization. In any business operation modernization or transformation initiative, we believe it is critical for change management fundamentals to be applied throughout:

  • Upfront gathering of user feedback early on in the solution. It is much more effective to design a solution around user pain points from the get-go and with specific needs in mind.
  • Pilots to users before solution is finalized. Sometimes you don’t know what you don’t know. Having the opportunity to flag problems before an official rollout or go-live helps to ensure we all get it right. It also helps with user adoption and acceptance, and allows training on not only the tool but on specific user tasks within the new solution.
  • Production support. Feedback and open communication once the solution is in production ensures that administrators will succeed.
