President & Founder

Glenn Coward is the founder of CapabilitySource. For more than two decades he has helped companies transform business and technology systems using a unique combination of process engineering and technology modernization. Glenn is a certified Enterprise, Business and Technology Architect & Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with years of experience transforming financial and insurance firms, including Archon Group LP/Goldman Sachs, Fiserv, USAA, Charles Schwab and Prudential.


Juan Antonio

Director of Business Operations & Risk Management

Juan Antonio has 20 years of financial service experience in management of the development, implementation and execution of technology solutions with special emphasis on marketing effectiveness and communication services. Juan brings a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and other industry certifications to any solution along with experience in performance analysis, marketing resource management, digital asset management, web content management, marketing automation, data warehousing and analytics.


Scott Brady

Director of Integration, Automation & Development

Scott Brady possesses over fifteen years of experience building solutions that require both technical and business acumen. He has helped multiple organizations increase productivity through integrated software solutions of which he both designed, engineered and helped implement. Prior to joining our team at CapabilitySource, Scott was the Senior Product Manager of Content Management at Workfront, where he contributed to the company’s work management strategy that brought them to new heights.
